All Swim to the Moon jewelry is made to order and individually hand crafted in our studio in Athens, Greece. For this reason please allow a 3-4 week window for your delivery.

For orders within the US, shipments are sent via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way. If you need express shipping, please contact us at hello@swimtothemoonjewelry.com when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For orders within Europe, shipments are sent via Greek Post ELTA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.

All international orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that Swim to the Moon is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered. These additional charges are the customers responsibility.

RETURNS

All Swim to the Moon pieces are made to order. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or online store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by e-mail and the items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. E-mail hello@swimtothemoonjewelry.com with your order number and attach any photos if applicable.

For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are only issued if the piece arrives damaged.

All custom orders are final sale.

SIZING

All rings are in US standard sizing.
The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to a jewelry shop and get your finger measured. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer online to find the correct measurement. Online DIY methods are usually inaccurate and therefore we do not recommend using them. In case you purchase the wrong size, the ring can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.
