Most products are made to order unless otherwise noted, Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and shipped. For more specific information regarding when your piece will be shipped, please refer to each product description. U.S Domestic orders
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS first class mail free of charge. This option does not include insurance. Swim to the Moon is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If you would like to have your package insured please choose the ‘USPS Priority Insured’ option at check out. once your order is shipped You will receive an email with tracking information.

International ORDERS
international orders are shipped using USPS International First Class Mail for a $20 flat rate. DHL International and UPS ground options are available upon request. swim to the moon is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RECEIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES.


RETURNS

Most all pieces are made to order, please consider your purchase carefully beofre placing an order.

Regular price product may be returned for exchange or online store credit only. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at helloswimtothemoon@gmail.com 

All discounted & custom orders are final sale. 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY EMAIL AND THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS DELIVERED. SHIPPING COSTS FOR AN EXCHANGE/RETURN WILL BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED IF THE PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED. 

REPAIRS

Swim to the moon jewelry is made with great care using the best materials, but it isn’t indestructible. If your swim to the moon piece needs repair please email helloswimtothemoon@gmail.com. please include a description of the repair, photo of the damage, and a proof of purchase if possible.

Most repairs are free of charge, but if your item needs significant love, then it will be subject to a material cost charge. all repairs are subject to shipping charges by the customer.
